Carter Owens, Multifamily Specialist, joined Apartment Realty Advisors in late 2007 as a Multifamily Specialist to work directly with Jed Millburn, and has already been involved in over $200 million in sales. With over five years of commercial real estate experience, Carter was previously employed by The Irvine Company Apartment Communities where he gained extensive knowledge of institutional apartment investments. He was responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of over $2 billion in apartment acquisitions. Carter received his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Accountancy from Brigham Young University. |
