With over five years of commercial real estate experience, Carter was previously employed by The Irvine Company Apartment Communities where he gained extensive knowledge of institutional apartment investments. He was responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of over $2 billion in apartment acquisitions. Carter received his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Accountancy from Brigham Young University.

Sawyer, Multifamily Specialist, draws upon four years experience in business consulting and customer relations for a leading telecommunications consulting firm. Sage has a keen understanding of the intricacies of the multifamily housing market across the Wasatch Front and has been involved with over $250 million in transactions.
